We have never had such a nice landlady. Since we were there without a car, she offered us to go shopping, for example. From time to time we were supplied with delicacies (fruit from our own garden, pastries, etc.) and the question always came up whether everything was good. The apartment is newly furnished and has everything you need to spend relaxing days. This landlady and the apartment can only be highly recommended. Since the island is quite hilly you should either use your own car or a rental car if you are not good on foot. The way to a really nice albeit small pebble beach (about 15 minutes away) was already sporty on the way back. Since we were on site during Corona times, we can't say much about the area and leisure opportunities. The restaurants we visited were all good, without exception. All in all it was a great relaxing vacation.
Wir hatten noch nie eine so nette Vermieterin. da wir ohne Auto vor Ort waren hat Sie uns z.B. angeboten uns zum einkaufen gefahren. Von Zeit zu Zeit wurden wir mit Leckereien (Obst aus dem eigenen Garten, Gebäck, etc.) versorgt und immer kam die Frage ob alles gut sei. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was nötig ist um entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Diese Vermieterin und die Wohnung kann man nur mehr als herzlich weiterempfehlen. Da die Insel recht hügelig ist sollte man wenn nicht gut zu Fuß entweder das eigen Auto oder einen Leihwagen nutzen. Der Weg zu einem wirklich schönen wenn auch kleinem Kieselstrand (ca. 15 min entfernt) war auf dem Rückweg schon sportlich. Da wir zu Corona Zeiten vor Ort waren können wir zur Umgebung und Freizeitmöglichkeiten nicht viel sagen. Die von uns besuchten Restaurants waren ausnahmslos gut. Alles in allem war es ein toller erholsamer Urlaub.
