Three bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view Dubrovnik | A-9099-b

Pleased · Hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. The location with a view of the sea and the old town was sensational. The parking lot right by the apartment was very secure, large and easily accessible. Not liked · The main problem is that the apartment is old and therefore does not meet the demands of today's tourism at this price (almost 100 euros). One of the main flaws during our stay was that my mattress was more than soft, sagged and the bed creaked very loudly with every movement I made (which of course did not have a particularly beneficial effect on my and my wife's sleep). The hygiene in the bathroom (especially the drain) left a lot to be desired. : inlove:

Der Parkplatz direkt beim Apartment war sehr sicher, groß und leicht erreichbar. Nicht gefallen · Das Hauptproblem ist, dass die Wohnung alt ist und daher den Ansprüchen im heutigen Tourismus zu diesem Preis (fast 100 Euro) nicht gerecht wird. Einer der Hauptmängel war bei unserem Aufenthalt, dass meine Matratze mehr als weich war, durchgehangen ist und das Bett bei jeder meiner Bewegungen sehr laut geknarrt hat (was natürlich keine besonders günstige Auswirkung auf meinen und den Schlaf meiner Gattin hatte). Die Hygiene im Badezimmer (vor allem der Abfluss) ließ auch zu wünschen übrig.:inlove:

There is no balcony, however there is a porch out front that is for the apartment, which has exquisite views of the town and water - particularly at sunset. Beware: there are A LOT of stairs up to this apartment from the town. If you’re dropped off by taxi at the bottom, this won’t be fun with luggage. There is a road behind the apartment, so perhaps ask prior to arriving if it’s possible to get that address - or description - to give to the driver. Also, it won’t be possible to come to Dubrovnik without climbing stairs, so please do not let that keep you from booking!

The views are incredible!!!! Our host and her husband drove us to the emergency clinic and pharmacy at no cost. They helped translate for us and even presented us with homemade baked delicacies and a bottle of wine. We're so appreciative of their kindness towards all 6 of us. I would like to say that the drain in the bathroom floor can omit an awful odour which I'm sure is easy to rectify. It's a stale-water odour. We highly recommend Apartment 9099.

:-) The landlady was very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony and the rooms was a dream. The towels were changed every 2 days and the garbage every day.:-( The apartment itself was rather a nightmare, the decor is old and broken, the beds are certainly 50 years old, 3 old kapute furnaces are in the kitchen, the closets are almost apart and the bathroom is even older than the kitchen. If the balcony had not been with the great view, I would not have stayed

:-) Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und den Zimmer war ein Traum. Die Handtücher wurden jeden 2 Tag gewechselt und der Müll jeden Tag entsorgt. :-( Die Wohnung selber war eher ein Alptraum. Die Einrichtung ist ururalt und kaputt. Die Betten sind sicher 50 Jahre alt. 3 alte kapute Öfen stehen in der Küche. Die Schränke fallen fast auseinander. Das Bad ist noch älter als die Küche. Wäre der Balkon nicht gewesen mit dem tollen Ausblick, wäre ich nicht geblieben
