Studio flat with balcony and sea view Brela, Makarska | AS-11687-b

Nice place with a very friendly host! Walking distance to the sea is only 10 minutes, there is a small shop nearby and an exchange office with a very good exchange rate. The apartment is clean and towels are changed every three days. The sea view from the balcony is just amazing.

Приятное место с очень доброжелательной хозяйкой! До моря пешком идти всего 10 минут, рядом есть небольшой магазинчик и обменка с очень даже неплохим курсом. В квартире чисто, и раз в три дня меняют полотенца. Вид с балкона на море просто чудесный.

The apartment was not bad at all, but it did not have a terrace directly, we had to go to the terrace through the entrance hall of the house. There wasn't even a window to the outside, but a window to the corridor where the other lodgers walked. There was a window in the wall in the bathroom. The kitchen seemed stale to me, as far as the dishes in the cupboards are concerned. Ventilate this room with air conditioning, otherwise it is impossible. As for the location, we counted about 200 steps to the sea. So not much for small children, getting up from the sea was beyond their efforts. Already tired from the sea, it was a roar to climb up.

Apartmán vcelku nebyl špatný, ale neměl terasu přímo, museli jsme na terasu chodit přes vstupní chodbu domu. Nebylo zde ani okno směrem ven, ale okno do chodby, kde chodili ostatní ubytujici. V koupelně bylo okno do zdi. Kuchyň mi přišla zatuchlá, co se týká nádobí ve skříňkach, tak také. Větrate v tomto pokoji klimatizací, jinak to nejde. Co se týká místa, napočítali jsme cca 200 schodů k moři. Takže pro malé děti nic moc, od moře vystoupat bylo nad jejich úsilí. Už takhle od moře unavené, bylo se řevem vydrapat se nahoru.

Apartment well equipped, sea view from the terrace, great location, shop next to the apartment and close to the beach. The owner Mrs. Sonia and her daughter very nice and helpful. A great stay, we recommend it

The apartment is very clean but a little dark as no direct window on the outside. But this is not a problem considering the superb terrace ideal for relaxation at any time of the day located in front of the apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. And the owners are super nice !!! In short we recommend this apartment (small flat for the "weakened" people: the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is on a very steep road and parking a little distance given the climb to go there). There is a small beach less frequented and more pleasant (this is only our opinion) than the rock of Brela in front of the apartment, slightly to the right:)8)

L'appartement est très propre mais un peu sombre car pas de fenêtre directe sur l'extérieur. Mais ça n'est pas un problème vu la superbe terrasse propice à la détente à n'importe quel moment de la journée située en face de l'appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer. Et les propriétaires sont super sympas !!! Bref on recommande cet appartement (petit bémol pour les personnes "affaiblies" : l'appartement est au 2eme étage et se trouve sur une route trés pentue et le parking un peu loin vu la montée pour y aller). Il y a une petite plage moins fréquentée et plus agréable (ce n'est que notre avis) que celle du rocher de Brela en face de l'appartement, légèrement à droite :) 8)
