Studio flat Gradac, Makarska | AS-6660-i

The price / performance ratio does not fit. We paid € 80 per night. The furniture is very outdated, the bed rickety and squeaky. When we arrived the studio had only been superficially cleaned. There were still cobwebs everywhere, dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. No air conditioning .. We would not recommend the studio, but the hostess is very friendly and the location is great. But if you don't expect much for your apartment and are less demanding, then that's okay.

Das Preis/leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Wir haben 80€ pro Nacht bezahlt. Die Möbilierung ist sehr veraltet, das Bett klapprig und quitschig. Als wir angekommen sind, war das Studio nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht worden. Überall waren noch Spinnweben, Dreck auf dem Fussboden und im Bad. Keine Klimaanlage.. das studio würden wir nicht weiterempfehlen, allerdings ist die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und die Lage top. Wenn man aber für sein Apartment nicht viel erwartet und weniger anspruchsvoll ist, dann ist es ok.

I repeatedly wrote that I did NOT get this reserved studio !!!! Although I had a PAYMENTED backup 2 months ago.No sms for the host No one did not respond / I wrote several times / When I arrived at the place / everywhere was a mess / After an hour I She told me that I should be staying in another room I did not understand that my American would live in. I gave her to her.I was walking alone in an hour my bus was driving.It was a band, I was one. Opakovaně píši,že jsem VŮBEC nedostala tohle rezervované studio!!!!Přesto,že jsem měla ZAPLACENOU zálohu 2 měsíce předem.Na sms pro hostitele nikdo neragoval/psala jsem několikrát/Když jsem dorazila na místo /všude byl nepořádek/Po hodině jsem se dočkala majitelky.Ta mi oznámila,že se mám ubytovat v jiném pokoji???Nechápala jsem!Že v tom mém bude bydlet američan.Pak došla,že pokud zůstanu v tom menším pokoji /NEBUDU už NIC doplácet/Poslední den po mě chtěla dalších 70euro!!!Dala jsem jí je.Cestovala jsem sama za hodinu mi jel autobus.Jich tam stála tlupa,já byla jedna.Jednání blo nekorektrní.Za tokový kamrlík,kde Vám nedají ani ručník.Ještě,že jsem si vzala své povlečení.Všude špína,celý pokoj jsem musela sama uklízet,abych tam mohla být.Vilu Milénium Gradac 21 330,Biokovská 31nedoporučuji.Podotýkám,že jim nesedí čísla pokojů.Pokoj na fotkách má číslo 7.Já byla ubytovaná v pokoji číslo 6. Pokoj 6660a neexistuje.Vila se jmenuje Milenium,nikoliv Gradac.Mám zkušenost,příště budu chtít po ústní domluvě doklad.Turista Olomouc.
