One bedroom house with terrace and sea view Stanići, Omiš | K-10357

Very nice, well-designed apartment with air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a really great terrace with a wonderful view of the beach. Where we enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening. Our car was only 10 meters away from the apartment, parking is of course always a bit tricky because it is always a bit tight.

Sehr schöne, gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlage, gut eingerichteter Küche, bequemen Bett und einer ganz tollen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand. Auf der wir jeden Abend den schönen Sonnenuntergang genossen haben. Unser Auto stand nur 10 Meter entfernt von der Wohnung, das Parken ist natürlich immer etwas Tricky da es immer etwas eng zugeht.

Everything fine, very nice apartment. Great landlord. We could also use the garage on the beach for swimming gear. Landlord also offers boat tours. Unfortunately we didn't have time this time. We would like to book this property again.

Alles prima, sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Vermieter. Konnten auch die Garage an der Beach nutzen für Schwimmsachen. Vermieter bietet auch Bootstouren an. Leider hatten wir dies mal keine Zeit. Wir buchen dieses Objekt gerne wieder.

We were from 06/13/2021 - 06/23/2021 is this wonderful accommodation. The view was awesome, is not too built as you know it in Croatia. The images posted correspond to reality. Nice and helpful landlords. We were there by car and motorbikes and the area is great for motorcyclists. We'd love to come back. Wir waren vom 13.06.-23.06.2021 ist dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Der Ausblick war genial , ist nicht so zu gebaut wie man es in Kroatien kennt. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Nette und Hilfsbereitete Vermieter. Wir waren mit Auto und Motorräder vor Ort und für Motorradfahrer ist die Gegend super. Wir kommen gern wieder. Beautiful and very comfortable House located by a perfect beach (plenty of space for everyone, shower, cafe, konoba, water equipment, possibility of walking along the sea at beautiful sunsets) very close to the shop, bakery and tour office, we recommend including ZIP line and Rafting an amazing adventure and adrenaline and in the evenings, be sure to eat in Split where there is a unique atmosphere of a bustling port city. In summary, we have been to Croatia several times, also on the islands, but this stay was the best. We thank our hosts for such a comfortable rest and best regards !!!<3<3: nice:: inlove::)

Piękny i Bardzo wygodny Dom położony przy idealnej plaży(dużo miejsca dla każdego , prysznic , kawiarnia , konoba , sprzęty wodne możliwość spacerowania brzegiem morza przy pięknych zachodach słońca ) bardzo blisko sklep i piekarnia oraz biuro z wycieczkami polecamy zaliczyć ZIP line oraz Rafting niesamowita przygoda i adrenalina a wieczorami koniecznie jedzcie do Splitu Gdzie jest niepowtarzalna atmosfera miasta portowego tętniącego życiem . Podsumowując byliśmy w Chorwacji już kilka razy również na wyspach ale ten pobyt był Najlepszy . Dziękujemy naszym Gospodarzom za tak komfortowy Wypoczynek i Pozdrawiamy !!!<3 <3 :nice: :inlove: :)

We had spent a wonderful holiday here. Our original booking was still without a dog. Have subsequently registered our new family favorite - was no problem. The accommodation is a dream. It is located below the village road and above the other roofs of the slope. A covered parking space was assigned to us. The car does not get so hot. From the parking lot there are only a few steps to the entrance garden gate which leads to the huge terrace. We could not believe how nice the view over the sea is. A huge terrace, which is actually not visible and is also fenced, was the ideal place for our dog to playfully play. There is a nice sunbed available. An awning can be cranked out. These should only be retracted if you are not there, since now and then gusty wind prevails. We spent long nights at the seating area and enjoyed great sunsets. The landlords are very sympathetic and helpful people. Believe the pictures you see. It's only even nicer when they're there. Here you have really made a lot of effort to spoil the tourists. It's a Dream. We would also like to mention the super fridge, here you can get iced drinking water, ice cubes or crashed ice - free! My wife would now like to have such a home - unfortunately we do not have the space for it. In the immediate area you can easily reach everything on foot. Several supermarkets, bread station, restaurants, excursion booking, mailbox, fruit and vegetable stall (here you can also exchange at a better rate Kuna, as with the banks). Highly recommended is the Spaniard across the street. Omis is not far and there you can shop very well. Many pubs and cafes invite you to linger here. Excursion technology is also very much offered here. You can even make a submarine ride here. This is also the river. The traffic control is very amusing for us Germans to watch. Attention: if you plan a trip to Dubrovnik, take your ID as you have to cross the border of Croatia. (not EU) We were so positively surprised that everything is right here. There is nothing to complain about here. The many steps to the beach you have to see athletic. Only the beach was too full for our taste. We knew that! During the day only went to the beach for swimming, above it was a thousand times more beautiful to relax. But in the evening we often sat in the beach bars. Thanks again to the landlord.<3:): hehe:

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere ursprüngliche Buchung war noch ohne Hund. Haben nachträglich unseren neuen Familienliebling angemeldet - war gar kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Sie liegt unterhalb der Ortsdurchfahrt Strasse und über den anderen Dächern des Hanges. Ein überdachter Parkplatz wurde uns zugewiesen. Das Auto wird dadurch nicht so heiß. Vom Parkplatz sind es nur wenige Stufen bis zum Eingangs-Gartentor welches zu der riesigen Terrasse führt. Wir konnten es gar nicht glauben wie schön die Aussicht über das Meer ist. Eine riesige Terrasse, die eigentlich nicht einsehbar ist und auch noch eingezäunt ist, war für unseren Hund der Ideale Ort um sich spielerisch zu betätigen. Es steht eine schöne Liege zur Verfügung . Eine Markise kann ausgekurbelt werden. Diese sollte man nur einfahren wenn man nicht da ist, da ab und zu böiger Wind herrscht. Wir haben lange Nächte an der Sitzgruppe verbracht und super schöne Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen sympatische und hilfsbereite Leute. Glauben sie den Bildern die sie sehen. Es ist alles nur noch schöner, wenn sie vor Ort sind. Hier hat man sich wirklich viel Mühe gemacht, den Urlauber zu verwöhnen. Es ist ein Traum. Erwähnen möchten wir auch den super Kühlschrank, hier kann man sich eisgekühltes Trinkwasser, Eiswürfel oder crashed ice holen - umsonst! Meine Frau hätte nun auch ganz gerne so einen zu Hause - leider haben wir nicht den Platz dafür. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung kann man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte, Brotstation, Restaurants, Ausflugsbuchung, Briefkasten, Obst und Gemüsestand (hier kann man auch zu einem besseren Kurs Kuna tauschen, als bei den Banken). Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Spanier auf der anderen Straßenseite. Omis ist nicht weit und dort kann man sehr gut shoppen. Viele Lokale und Cafes laden ein hier zu verweilen. Ausflugstechnisch ist auch hier sehr viel geboten. Sie können hier sogar eine U-Boot Fahrt machen. Hier geht es auch zum Fluss. Die Verkehrsregelung ist für uns Deutsche ganz amüsant zu beobachten. Achtung: falls sie einen Ausflug nach Dubrovnik planen, nehmen sie die Ausweise mit, da sie über die Grenze von Kroatien müssen. (nicht EU) Wir waren derart positiv überrascht, dass hier alles stimmt. Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Die vielen Stufen zum Strand muss man sportlich sehen. Nur der Strand ist für unseren Geschmack zu voll gewesen. Das wussten wir aber! Sind Tagsüber nur zum Strand zum Baden gegangen, oben war es tausendmal schöner zum relaxen. Abends haben wir aber öfter mal in den Strandlokalen gesessen. Danke noch mal an die Vermieter. <3 :) :hihi:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wunderschöner Bungalow. Es war alles vorhanden. Würden wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
