The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is modern, clean, well-equipped, towels, soap, jar, sponges for washing, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and more were even prepared. Photos match. Equipped kitchen, 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer. Fully functional air conditioning. The bedroom doesn't have a window, but it doesn't matter at all, it managed to ventilate through the entrance, air-conditioned in no time. The apartment is on the ground floor, to use the backyard with clothes lines, barbecue. Parking right next to the apartment, but only for experienced drivers. Nice and helpful hosts. Nice place by the water within driving distance, pleasant village, many restaurant facilities in the middle of the village. Olive orchard next to the apartment.

Ubytování výborné, apartmán moderní, čistý, dobře vybavený, dokonce byly připraveny ručníky, mýdlo, jar, houbičky na mytí, pračka, žehlička, fén a další. Fotografie odpovídají. Vybavená kuchyň, 4-plotýnková varná deska, lednice s mrazákem. Plně funkční klimatizace. Ložnice nemá okno, ale vůbec to nevadí, zvládla se vyvětrat přes vchod, během chviličky klimatizována. Apartmán je v přízemí, k užívání dvorek i s prádelními šňůrami, grilem. Parkování přímo u apartmánu, ale jen pro zkušeného řidiče. Milí a ochotní domácí. Pěkné místo u vody v dojezdové vzdálenosti autem, vesnička příjemná, mnoho restauračních zařízení uprostřed vesnice. Vedle apartmánu olivový sad.

Ubytování výborné, snad jen regulace vody ve sprše by se dala zlepšit. Prostory krásné, velké, fotografie odpovídají. Vybavená kuchyň, plně funkční klimatizace, parkování blízko apartmánu. Milí a ochotní domácí. Pěkné místo u vody v dojezdové vzdálenosti autem.

La casa mi e' piaciuta soprattutto il portico con il tavolo per mangiare fuori. Anche l'aria condizionata funzionava bene . La casa è molto vicino al centro e purtroppo alla sera tardi si sente il traffico delle macchine.unico lato negativo

The location is in a quiet part of Kukljica, which is very welcome! The apartment has a small but separate balcony, which is enough for 2 people. I was bothered by 2 things during the installation: 1) the bedroom did NOT have windows. Ventilation of the bedroom was possible only through the kitchen or. with the help of air conditioning. If I had been aware of this in advance, I would not have opted for this apartment. 2) the apartment is intended for smokers. My husband and I are non-smokers, so the smell bothered me. Maybe I wasn’t careful enough when booking that the apartment is for smokers. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious enough for 2 people. The stove is quite small and does not allow the preparation of 2-3 dishes at a time. I missed the cookware and TEFAL dish so the dishes don’t stick. We recommend the host to check here and there if guests need anything. Kukljica is otherwise a very pleasant place with enough tourist infrastructure and beautiful beaches and shade under the pine trees.

Lokacija je v mirnem delu naselja Kukljica, kar je zelo dobrodošlo! Apartma ima majhen a ločen balkon, ki zadošča za 2 osebi. Pri namestitvi sta me motili 2 zadevi: 1) spalnica NI imela okna. Prezračevanje spalnice je bilo možno edino prek kuhinje oz. s pomočjo klimatske naprave. Če bi bila s tem seznanjena vnaprej, se za ta apartma ne bi odločila. 2) apartma je namenjen kadilcem. Z možem sva nekadilca, zato me je vonj motil. Morda pri rezervaciji nisem bila dovolj pozorna, da je apartma za kadilce. Kopalnica je dobro opremeljena in dovolj prostorna za 2 osebi. Štedilnik je precej majhen in ne dopušča priprave 2-3 jedi hkrati. Pogrešala sem kuhovnice in TEFAL posodo, da se jedi ne prijemajo. Gostitelju priporočamo, da sem in tja preveri, če gostje kaj potrebujejo. Kukljica je sicer zelo prijeten kraj z dovolj turistične infrastrukture ter lepimi plažami ter senco pod borovci.

Za kuhanje sta samo dve električni kuhalni plošči (ena je čisto majhna), kar ne omogoča normalnega kuhanja. Kuhinjo je treba opremiti s pečico in normalno kuhalno ploščo. Dopolniti je treba tudi jedilni pribor. Izboljšati je potrebno kvaliteto TV signala in število programov, ki jih je mogoče spremljati.

The car could stand in the yard, unfortunately, the driveway down there was so narrow, that right and left a maximum of 3 cm space from the mirror to the house wall was. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, all new furniture in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, everything was okay, we were guided by the image of the house on the Internet, when we booked this apartment, that was a fallacy. We simply feel that, as a deliberate misdirection, that does not work. : Idk:

Diese Wohnung wird als Studiowohnung deklariert, es wäre total hilfreich, wenn das richtig erklärt wird, was das in Kroatien heißt. Es war einfach eine Einliegerwohnung, d.h. der Keller wurde hier ausgebaut. Mit Erstaunen mußten wir feststellen, daß der Schlafraum kein Fenster hatte, damit hatten wir ein großes Problem. Hätte das so im Internet gestanden, hätten wir diese Wohnung nie gebucht. Das Auto konnte auf dem Hof stehen, leider war die Einfahrt da runter so was von eng, daß rechts und links maximal 3 cm Platz vom Spiegel bis zur Hauswand war . Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber sauber, alles neue Möbel in der Küche, Bad, Schlafraum, war alles okay, Wir haben uns von der Abbildung des Hauses im Internet leiten lassen, als wir diese Wohnung gebucht haben, das war ein Trugschluß. Wir empfinden das einfach, als eine bewußte Irreführung , das geht gar nicht.:idk:
