Great location right on the beach. Clean sea, magnificent views of the opposite NP Paklenica. The beach was never full. Seamless procurement of basic purchases. An advantage was the proximity of Zadar and the bridge to the island of Pag.

Výborná poloha přímo u pláže. Čisté moře, nádherný výhled na protější NP Paklenica. Pláž nebyla nikdy plná. Bezproblémové obstarávání základních nákupů. Výhodou byla i blízkost Zadaru a mostu na ostrov Pag.

The accommodation was not equipped with toilet paper, the stove did not work. Otherwise clean, its location is good. The doors are not locked properly.

A szállás nem volt felszerelve wc papírral, a tűzhely nem működött. Egyébként tiszta, a fekvése jó. Az ajtók nem záródnak rendesen.

Subtended, be sure to ask for new pictures of houses and apartments because they do not correspond to reality. As requested, I sent an SMS message of the contents when we arrive in the apartment a couple of days ago, and the arrival is between 14-15h. When we arrived at 14:00 it was determined that the apartment was issued to other guests with a dog. They asked for us personal and claimed that we did not book their apartment with them and did not cooperate with the booking through which we made a reservation and paid 50% of the amount. After I checked them, I said that I even sent a message when I arrived, we got the answer "I do not know, I did not watch". After an hour reviewing the books they found that we had booked with them, but someone came to our apartment this morning. The boss sent somebody to the avalanche to search for people in a flash ... We went to the avalanche with a full refrigerator of things to be washed. At 5 pm our boss called and said that the apartment is ready to come. When we arrived and when the doors of the apartment opened on the floor were hair from the dog and prints of caps on the tiles, so the apartment did not have a shower before our entrance. We waited again until 6 pm to clean the appliance, but after we insisted on the same, because the boss claimed that the apartment was clean. When we finally got into the apartment and left things in the refrigerator, we noticed that the linens were not changed (because they were not the hair of the dog on them), nor the bins from the previous guests were discharged. The terrace is full of ants, dapace and a zoo was in the apartment. Navecer when we returned to the apartment, the refrigerator did not work and we dropped all the food worth about 300kn. The plate above the refrigerator is overheated and after we all threw and burned and fired several times the refrigerator worked the same way. Friday, the last day before leaving, in the morning at 9 am our boss knocked on the door, since we were still sleeping, we did not get up. After a few minutes he returned and tried to put the key in the door and unlock it. How our key was inside he could not get in. The muzzle came up and asked him to come back a bit later, because we were still crying, and we would have received a comment that it was already 9 o'clock in the morning, so we should be awake. Since he did not take us personally for the time being, we asked him to report us. When the application was completed, half an hour later it came to collect the rest of the 50% already paid. We explained that we were not ready to pay the full amount of everything we had received. To us the comment that we did not come to the apartment for 6 days after 6 pm because of the already described, we were told that we did not pay for the stay but overnight in the apartment, and that we could swim on the beach (!?!?!). He did not have a hearing on all our complaints, he told us, in the meantime, that he had a higher tone, so I did not have to pay anything. Since we have not come to free for free, but certain standards still have to be paid, we paid 150kn less. To our question, is this right on our part, we got the answer that he did not slam the door of the apartment and went out. We did not see him again until the end of his stay. In any case, the apartment is not worth mentioning, let alone renting. Boss, the worst experience ever in all these years of vacation. Apsrtman does not have basic things like bathing suit, water boiler, an ordinary cloth for judges, tiles crashed, ants and cockroaches, a fridge that works there and a boss who wants to go into the apartment with a key while you're inside at 9 in the morning. Say more, except that it is not worth 100kn per day because the hostels are more orderly and cleaner and more decent than this. Andrea

Podtovani, svakako zatrazite nove slike kuce i apartmana jer iste ne odgovaraju realnosti. Kako je i bilo trazeno, poslala sam SMS poruku sadzaja kada stizemo u apartman par dana prije, i najavljen je dolazak izmedu 14-15h. Kada smo dosli u 14h utvrdeno je kako je apartman izdan drugim gostima sa psom. Trazili su nas osobne i tvrdili da nismo kod njih rezervirali apartman i da ne suraduju sa bookingom preko kojeg smo napravili rezervaciju i platili 50% iznosa. Nakon sto sam im pokala potvrde i rekla da sm cak o poslsla poruku kada stizem smo dobili odgovor "ne znam, nisam gledao". Nakon sat vremena sto su knjige pregledavali su utvrdili da jesmo rezervirali kod njih al da je netko drugi jutros usao u nas apartman. Gazda je nekoga poslao na plazu da trazi ljude sapsom... Mi smo otisli na plazu sa punim friziderom stvari koje se tope. U 17h nas je gazda zvao i rekao da je apartman spreman da mozemo doci. Kada smo dosli i kada su se vrata apartmana otvorila po podu su bile dlake od psa i otisci capica na plocicama, dakle apartman nije pociscenj prije naseg ulaska. Ponovno smo cekali do 18h da se ocisti aparman, ali nakon sto smo inzistirali na istome, jer je gazda tvrdio da je apartman cist. Kada smo napokon usli u apartman i ostavili stvari u frizider, primjetili smo da posteljina nije promijenjena (jer su nile dlake psa na njima) niti je smece od prethodnih gostiju ispraznjeno. Terasa je puna mrava, dapace i zohar je bio u apartmanu. Navecer kada smo se vratili u apartman, frizider nije radio te smo svu hranu u vrijednosti oko 300kn bacili. Ploca gornja od frizidera se pregrijava i nakon sto smo sve bacili i palili i gasili neloliko puta frizider isti je proradio. Petak, zadnji dan prije odlaska, ujutro u 9h nam je gazda kucao na vrata, s obzirom da smo jos spavali nismo se digli. Nakon par minuta se vratio i pokusao kljuc staviti u vrata i otkljucati. Kako je nas kljuc bio unutra nije mogao uci. Muz se digao i zamolio ga da dode malo kasnije jer jos spsvamo pri cemo smo dobili komentar da je vec 9 sati ujutro pa bi trebali biti budni. S obzirom da nam do tada nije uzeo osobne za prijavu dali smo mu ih da nas prijavi. Kada je prijavu obavio, pola sata kasnije je dosao naplatiti ostatak od vec placenih 50%. Objasnilismo mu da nismo spremni platiti puni iznos nalon svega sto nas je docekalo. Na nas komentar da nismo do 6 popodne usli u apartman radi vec opisanoga nam je receno da mi ne placamo boravak vec nocenje u apartmanu, te da smo se mogli kupati na plazi (!?!?!). Na sve nase reklamacije nije imao sluha, dapace rekao nam je povisenog tona da onda ne moram nista niti platiti. S obzirom da nismo dosli besplatno ljezovati, ali odredene standarde ipak trebaju imati, platili smo 150kn manje. Na nase pitanje da li je to uredu s nase strane, dobili smo odgovor da nije i zalupio je vrata apartmana i izasao. Nismo ga vise vidjeli do kraja boravka. U svakom slucaju, apartman ne vrijedi niti spomena a kamoli iznajmljivanja. Gazda, najgore iskustvo ikada u svih ovih godina ljetovanja. Apsrtman nema osnovne stvari kao spuzvica za sude, kuhalo za vodu, obicnu krpu za sude, plocice su popucale, mravi i zohari, frizider koji tu i tamo radi i gazdu koji hoce uci u apartman kljucem dok ste unutra u 9 ujutro. Sta reci vise, osim da ne vrijedi ni 100kn po danu jer su hosteli uredniji i cisci i pristojniji od ovoga. Andrea

Host very nice, cordial, always helpful. Apartment cool, clean with great sea view. Only negative is paid air conditioning (which in many cases is included in the price) and paid access to wifi (other apartments provided free). And besides, the water is clean, the beach a bit further with smaller stones, which does not bother the children getting up in the sea. I would recommend anyway;)

Gospodarz bardzo miły, serdeczny, zawsze służy pomocą. Apartament fajny, czysty z widok na morze super. Jedyny minus to płatna klimatyzacja (co w wielu przypadkach jest wliczona w cenę) i płatny dostęp do wifi (inne apartamenty udostępniały za darmo). A tak poza tym woda czyściuteńka, plaża kawałek dalej z mniejszymi kamieniami, co nie przeszkadza dzieciom pluskania się w morzu. Mimo wszystko polecam;)

Great location, right on the beach behind the Orca Bar. And the view from the balcony of the sea and Velebit is stunning. Very nice and helpful owner, we would definitely come back.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand hinter der Orca-Bar. Und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und Velebit ist atemberaubend. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.
