Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 11 notti, le peggiori 11 notti di tutta la mia vita. La casa non rispecchia le foto, dentro c’erano insetti di tutti i tipi, sotto il materasso abbiamo trovato degli insetti morti. Su booking c’era scritto che l’appartamento si trovata a Zubovici, in realtà si trova a metajana. L’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento ( Adriatic ) non ha saputo ne gestire il problema ne ha provato a risolvere il problema. Non consiglio a nessuno di rivolgersi a loro. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso all’agenzia ma é stato respinto. Sono rimasta sconvolta. L’unica cosa positiva è stata la proprietaria, che nonostante tutti questi inconvenienti, è stata sempre presente e gentile .

ZELO UMAZANO! Porabili smo celo popoldne, da smo nastanitev koliko toliko očistili. Imeli smo s sabo svoja čistila in kuhinjske krpe! NI BRISAČ! Nikjer ni označeno, da v nastanitvi ni brisač za roke in tuš. Lastnica nam je potem sicer dala na uporabo tri svoje brisače. Smo se zapeljali v Novaljo in kupili brisače in še dodatne rjuhe za postelje! Ni klime! Ni televizije! Nastanitev je ocenjena na Booking.com da ima 3 Stars, pa ni res, uradno ima nastanitev 2 zvezdice! Nastanitev se lažno in zavajajoče oglašuje! Ni parkinga! Nastanitev nima zadostnega števila parkirišč za svoje goste! Polomljena in neudobna sedežna garnitura na terasi. Noga mize zlepljena z izolirnim trakom, rob mize ostro odlomljen, vse plastično, neudobno! Pomanjkljiv pribor v kuhinji. Umazan hladilnik in štedilnik! WC deska se stika iz wc školjke! Tuš ročka pušča, voda šprica po stropu in po tleh! Podboj/okvir vrat v spalnico polomljen, posledično prepih ponoči odpira vrata v spalnico s podbojem vred! V tako slabi nastanitvi še nisem bil! Če bi vedel, da je nastanitev v takem stanju, se za njo ne bi odločil!

Właściwie cały tydzień byliśmy zmuszeni spać z dziećmi na tarasie bo nie dało się wytrzymać wewnątrz. Standard mieszkania średni, słabo wyposażona kuchnia.

Aparma oglašuje najmanj 5let stare slike in je zelo umazan. Ko smo ga prejeli je bila posoda še od hrane od prejšnih najemnikov. Tla so bila tudi zelo umazana... Zjutaj laja pes od lastnice in te zbudi. Okna so stara in ko piha cvilijo in je prepih pri zaprtih oknih. Skratka vidi se, da se v apartma ne vlaga in so ga leta doterala.

V apartmaju ni klime pa tudi tv bi lahko imeli, da si vsaj zvečer kaj pogledaš. Drugače pa je kar ok. Lastnica je zelo prijazna.
