Apartment was cozy, pleasant smell in the interior, bed linen snowy, we were very satisfied:)

Unclear and cumbersome management of booking and payment via Booking. At the time of booking, the site declares that the balance has been paid by credit card, but after the stay an email arrives from the adriatic.hr agency with an invoice equal to half the amount and another half is requested on the spot , in cash, by the lady who manages the structure. No clarity, no certainty of not having already paid and no transparency at the time of booking as it is not specified this cumbersome system, Moreover, it is noted that the agency and booking fees weigh for 50% on the cost of the room which was still clean and decent and with a small terrace, albeit with old furniture and without some basic accessories (for example: a shower mat, replaced by an unwatchable and anti-hygienic rag to wash the floors). The right price would be the one paid in cash (ie 30 euros), the other 30 euros are disproportionate for the quality of the place.

Gestione poco chiara e macchinosa della prenotazione e del pagamento tramite Booking. All'atto della prenotazione, il sito dichiara che il saldo è avvenuto tramite carta di credito, però dopo il soggiorno arriva una mail dall'agenzia adriatic.hr con una fattura pari a metà dell'importo ed un'altra metà viene chiesta in loco, in contanti, dalla signora che gestisce la struttura. Nessuna chiarezza, nessuna certezza di non aver effettivamente già pagato e nessuna trasparenza all'atto della prenotazione visto che non viene specificato questo macchinoso sistema, Peraltro, si rileva che l'agenzia e le commissioni di booking gravano per il 50% sul costo della stanza che comunque era pulita e decorosa e con un piccolo terrazzino, seppur con arredamento vecchiotto e priva di alcuni accessori di base (ad esempio: un tappetino per la doccia, sostituito da un inguardabile ed anti-igienico straccio per lavare i pavimenti). Il prezzo giusto sarebbe quello pagato in contanti (cioè 30 euro), gli altri 30 euro sono sproporzionati per la qualità del posto.

Room was exactly as seen in photos. Room from the balcony was really nice. The owner was very cooperative. We had some problem in finding the structure, by talking in three languages with the owner we were finally capable to succeed! :nice: I would only recommend to offer a couple of towels in the bathroom in the future.
