Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Barbat, Rab | A-14247-a

Apartment sufficiently equipped for 2 people, WiFi worked without problems. The owner also decided to ensure more privacy on the terrace. A short walk to the sea and beautiful natural beaches. A paradise for dog owners and nudists. I warmly recommend.

Apartmán dostatečně vybavený pro 2 osoby, WiFi fungovala bez problémů. Majitel vyřešil i zajištění více soukromí na terase. Kousek k moři a krásným přírodním plážím. Ráj pro majitele pejsků a vyznavačů nudismu. Vřele doporučuji.

Absolutely overpriced for what it offers. Then there is a discrepancy between the presentation of the site and the reality, which of course you discover when you are already on site. And that maybe it would be up to the Agency to verify! There is a sea view, but at an angle, the balcony overlooks the entrance landing on the floor, where all the guests pass, therefore ZERO privacy; the wi-fi is there, but it only takes in one room; satellite TV? forget it; in the kitchen some basic utensils are missing, on the other hand there is an electric mixer (!?); the bed is half broken; windows and French doors open / close halfway or are locked; the furniture looks new and with pleasant colors, but the substance is something else! And the photos are definitely misleading. Also on the cleanliness, which leaves something to be desired! : idk:

Assolutamento troppo caro per quello che offre. Poi c'è una discrepanza tra la presentazione del sito e la realtà, cosa che naturalmente scopri quando sei già in loco. E che magari sarebbe compito dell'Agenzia verificare! C'è la vista mare, ma di sbieco, il balcone da sul pianerottolo d'entrata al piano, dove passano tutti gli ospiti, perciò privacy ZERO; il wi-fi c'è si, ma prende solo in una stanza; la tv satellitare? lasciamo perdere; nella cucina mancano alcuni utensili di base, in compenso c'è lo sbattitore elettrico (!?); il letto è per metà sfondato; le finestre e la portafinestra si aprono / chiudono a metà o sono bloccate; l'arredamento sembra nuovo e dai colori gradevoli, ma la sostanza è altro! E le foto traggono decisamente in inganno. Anche sulla pulizia, che lascia piuttosto a desiderare! :idk:

I would not book this accommodation anymore! The main reason is the beds, which are extremely short and even for me 1.66 m. I bumped my head up and my feet down on the confined bed. Something like that doesn't work at all!:(:(:(

Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen! Der Hauptgrund sind die Betten, die extrem kurz sind und sogar für mich mit 1,66 m . Ich bin mit dem Kopf oben angestoßen und mit den Füßen unten am begrenzten Bett. So etwas geht gar nicht !!! :( :( :(

Accommodation was great, satisfactory enough throughout our stay. House in a quiet part and yet close to the sea. Sea views and the everywhere smells of flowering smil. Mr. host also very nice. We didn't miss anything;-)

Ubytování bylo super, dostatečně vyhovující po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Dům v klidné části a přitom blízko u moře. Výhled na moře a všude linoucí se vůně kvetoucího smilu. Pan domácí také velmi milý. Nic nám nechybělo;-)
