Kind and friendly hosts. At the end of the holiday, they were treated to a small gift. The room is clean, air-conditioned, the beach is 5 minutes away. The view of the sea from the balcony will remain an eternal memory.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. We stayed for a fortnight, two families - 4 adults with a total of six children. There are 5 bedrooms on this floor, each with its own shower and toilet. Due to our previous experience, the kitchen is equipped to a higher standard, including a dishwasher, a microwave, and two stoves. A total of 5 refrigerators in the kitchen and bedrooms. The spacious terraces are situated to the south, west and north, thanks to which there is always plenty of shade. Two parking spaces are guaranteed for this floor right next to the property. They are hidden under the pergola with kiwis, nice and cool. Home - Rade and Smilja are very nice, hospitable people. Whatever was needed, they immediately met. Data is our heart's business. We've been going to Croatia for almost 40 years, we've seen many places, but here we've grown so fond of it that for 10 years now we don't want to go anywhere else. Everything can be bought in the city, there is no need to go shopping in Makarska. If you want to go on a trip, Dubrovnik is not far for a day trip, the Bacin Lakes are also worth a visit. The beaches here are both pebbly, stony or concrete, everyone has their own choice. For us with small children, the pebble option a few hundred meters away is ideal. I highly recommend it for us:)! Naprosto perfektní ubytování. Byly jsme na čtrnáct dní, dvě rodiny - 4 dospělí s celkem šesti dětmi. V tomto patře je 5 ložnic, každá má svůj sprchový kout s toaletou. Vzhledem k našim dřívějším zkušenostem nadstandardně vybavená kuchyně, včetně myčky, mikrovlnky, dvou sporáků. V kuchyni a ložnicích celkem 5 lednic. Prostorné terasy jsou situovány na jih, západ a sever, díky čemuž je neustále k dispozici dostatek stínu. K tomuto patru jsou garantována dvě stání pro auta přímo u nemovitosti. Jsou schovaná pod pergolou s kiwi, pěkně v chládku. Domácí - Rade a Smilja jsou moc milí, pohostinní lidé. Cokoliv bylo potřeba, hned vyšli vstříc. Podaca je naše srdcová záležitost. Do Chorvatska jezdíme bezmála 40 let, poznali jsme mnoho míst, ale tady nám to přirostlo k srdci natolik, že už 10 let se nám jinam nechce. Ve městě se dá pořídit vše, není třeba zajíždět na nákupy do Makarské. Pokud chce člověk výletovat, Dubrovnik není na jednodenní výlet nijak daleko, Bačinská jezera také stojí za projití. Pláže jsou tu jak oblázkové, tak kamenité či betonové, každý si vybere. Pro nás s malými dětmi oblázková varianta vzdálená pár stovek metrů ideální. Za nás vřele doporučuji :)!
